CABA, Seegene Medical Foundation and Open Healthcare signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding covering laboratory diagnostics, professional training, knowledge exchange and potential joint projects.
The Central Asia Biotechnology Association (CABA), Seegene Medical Foundation and Open Healthcare have signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding in Seoul, establishing a framework for cooperation in laboratory diagnostics, professional development and future healthcare and biotechnology projects.
The agreement creates a platform for practical collaboration between CABA and the Korean partners, including the development of laboratory diagnostics in Kazakhstan, professional training and exchange, and the exploration of potential joint initiatives.
Seegene Medical Foundation is a major Korean diagnostic organization with extensive laboratory capabilities and an established presence in Kazakhstan.
The parties discussed opportunities to expand cooperation, including further development of laboratory services, specialist training in Korean laboratories, professional internships and exchange of expertise.
The Memorandum also provides a framework for exploring new joint projects and strengthening links between Korean expertise and the developing biotechnology and healthcare ecosystem of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
CABA will work with its partners to translate the framework agreement into specific initiatives involving institutions, specialists and potential projects.
