Kamalzhan Nadyrov
Chairman of CABA
Kamalzhan Nadyrov is a healthcare executive and public-sector leader with extensive experience in healthcare management, policy, institutional development and international cooperation. He previously served as Vice Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan and has held senior leadership positions in national healthcare organizations and medical education.

Vyacheslav Ogay, PhD, Professor, is a specialist in cellular technologies, regenerative biology and medicine. His scientific work includes stem cells, exosomes, biomaterials, tissue engineering and cell therapy.
